Added value through leading technologyThe technology of our demucking systems is mainly based on the technology of our wheel washing systems with regard to washing technology and water recycling. Lots of water at moderate pressure! However, there are still some significant differences between a wheel-washing system and a demucking system.
Differences between a wheel washing system and a demucking systemFor instance, wheel washing systems usually only clean those areas of the truck that can be exposed to road dirt. A demucking system, on the other hand, usually aims to wash the entire vehicle. This requires the corresponding arrangement of jets. In addition, due to the generally high operating frequencies, a wheel washing system has to wash a truck as quickly as possible without stopping.
To achieve a good washing result, for heavy soiling it is thus often necessary that the washing platform has a length of several wheel revolutions. With a demucking system, on the other hand, there is usually enough time available for a slow forward and reverse movement. For this reason, the washing area can usually be designed considerably shorter.
Separation of rough and fine washing!The principle of plenty of water at moderate pressure, proven in the rough washing process, has, in addition to fast and very efficient cleaning, another major advantage. The low pressure reliably removes large soiling such as earth, stones, clay or coal dust, while leaving oils and grease in place! This means that the sludge entering the integrated recycling system is generally not contaminated with hydrocarbons and can be disposed of at low cost.
If fine washing of the engine compartment is necessary, such work should be carried out with high pressure and/or hot water separately from the demucking system. Significantly reduced water treatment, low sludge disposal costs and low environmental impact are the attractive benefits of this separation!
