Frutiger has successfully commissioned a MobyDick HD2-290-CC Demucking System for the military in Luxembourg.
The powerful Demucking technology ensures fast and efficient rough cleaning of wheeled and tracked vehicles – ideal for military vehicles, construction vehicles and heavy construction machinery.
Thanks to low-pressure technology and automatic water treatment, the system removes even stubborn dirt in just a few minutes – environmentally friendly, resource-saving and without cleaning agents.
With the MobyDick HD series, Frutiger replaces laborious manual work with an innovative, fully automatic solution that drastically reduces the washing time for construction machinery and military vehicles.

Another successful installation by FRUTIGER Company AG has been completed: A MobyDick ConLine 800C-50P wheel washing system was installed at a German gravel extraction company. The powerful system reliably ensures clean wheels and significantly reduces the amount of dirt entering public roads.

The FRUTIGER Company AG has successfully installed a Wheel Wash System MobyDick ONE 720, consisting of two ONE 360 units, at a limestone plant in Germany. The wheel washing system from the TailorMade Line impresses with its modular design, powerful Powerflush technology, and integrated water treatment. This ensures that dirt from plant operations is reliably prevented from entering public roads.

At this year’s Resource & Waste Management Expo, held on 17–18 September at the NEC in Birmingham, FRUTIGER was among the exhibitors featured within the Swissenviro booth, joining other innovative Swiss companies.

For a customer in England, the FRUTIGER team delivered and installed a MobyDick wheel washing system SL Plus 400B in combination with a 50B tank. This high-performance system ensures reliable and environmentally friendly cleaning of construction vehicle tires – a key contribution to meeting cleanliness and environmental regulations.

A MobyDick Dragon B Wheel Washing System has been deployed at the Štola Vinohrady construction site in Brno to maintain the cleanliness of truck wheels and undercarriages throughout the project. Designed for quick installation and minimal space requirements, the Dragon B operates automatically as trucks pass through, using strategically positioned floor and side nozzles to ensure thorough cleaning in a single wheel rotation. By minimizing pollution on surrounding roads, the system supports environmentally responsible construction and enhances the comfort of nearby residents.

Frutiger’s New Zealand partner Condor has recently commissioned another MobyDick wheel washing system.
