In the 26 years of its existence, DiTec has developed from a small trading company for diamond tools, construction equipment and power tools to a leading rental company in its region for construction equipment and construction machinery. In the course of a workshop extension in 2012 a modern washing plant was invested.

The construction company Friedrich Stingel GmbH is one of the leading medium-sized construction companies in Southern Germany. In addition to road construction and civil engineering work, Stingel is also one of the largest building material recycling companies in Germany. At their headquarters in Schwenningen, two problems could be solved simultaneously with a modern MobyDick Demucking System.
All construction machinery, including the mobile crushers, which are returned to the factory yard from their operations, can be cleaned of coarse dirt in a short time. This saves working time and increases cleanliness in the workshop. At the same time, the system is also designed, that it can be used as a wheel washing system for trucks. In this way it ensures clean and dust-free roads around the modern company premises.

At this year’s bauma in Munich, the company with the unmistakable whale logo presented the latest development from MobyDick®: The New Generation Models! In addition to this highlight, the proven MobyDick® wheel washing systems as well as solutions for the automatic cleaning of heavily soiled construction machines were found at the booth.

In 1995, FRUTIGER launched MobyDick Quick, the world’s first wheel wash system that meant that vehicles no longer had to stop for the wheels to be cleaned. This innovation revolutionised wheel cleaning for construction vehicles and, at the same time, marked the start of FRUTIGER’s reign as the world market leader in the field of wheel wash systems. At this year’s Bauma, the Swiss company will present a world first from the field of dust control.

New year, new sales location.
On January 3rd 2019 our new sales office in Pyeong-taek (Korea) opened its doors. FRUTIGER Korea offers our whole MobyDick product range to our usual service and with our know-how of many years. An inspiring moment for the employees, who are looking forward to the new challenge.

Known as an innovative swiss construction company, Eberhard Bau AG is also a role model when it comes to protecting people and the environment from harmful dirt and dust emissions around their plants. For decades, the company are relying on the world’s leading wheel washing systems from FRUTIGER. The picture below shows the recent handover of a new MobyDick ONE wheel washing system with a 150m3 recycling tank concept.

Recently the Spanish Branch of FRUTIGER sold a Wheel Washing System MobyDick to Ecuador for “Unión Cementera Nacional” UCEM C.E.M. The company which depends to the Government runs several cement plants in Ecuador. As an innovative company, UCEM invested in a modern MobyDick Wheel Washing System KIT Flex 400C to keep the streets around their concrete plant clean. The machine was built up in summer 2018 and put into operation in past October. UCEM is very satisfied with their wheel washer and will probably purchase some more systems from FRUTIGER in the future.
