FRUTIGER has recently replaced an old MobyDick roller line with a new MobyDick line type ConLine KIT Flex 800B for a renowned construction company in Germany.
The FRUTIGER engineers designed the new plant in such a way that it could be inserted into the old infrastructure without large expenditure. Thereby it was possible to install the new plant beside the used water recycling basins to continue to use the still functioning pumps. FRUTIGER would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in us for many years and is looking forward to further cooperation in the coming years.

Recently FRUTIGER has received the order for the delivery of two MobyDick KIT Flex 400 Wheel Washing Systems in Austria. The systems have been installed in the meantime and will be used in the long term for the extension of the junctions of the Rhine Valley motorway. Due to the modular concept of the ConLine Wheel Washing Systems it was possible for the owner of the systems to install one of the two systems in advance for a few weeks on a small construction site as a fully mobile variant.

For one of our good swiss customers in the canton of Ticino FRUTIGER has planned a MobyDick wheel washing system which can clean not only the wheels and chassis of trucks but also those of dumpers and wheel loaders. The seven-meter-long system with a passage width of 3.50 meters not only ensures clean and safe roads but also less wear and tear and easier maintenance of the vehicles.

We are proud to announce, that last week FRUTIGER has installed the first Wheel Washing System in Ukraine.
It is a MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus 800C-50P system with 4 m width. This unit can wash all truck types and various wheeled special equipment (i.e. wheel loaders, etc.)
The customer “Goodvalley Ukraine” – a company for crops and pig breeding, is completely satisfied with the system.

Recently one of the largest MobyDick Wheel Washing Systems in China was put into operation by FRUTIGER. The wheels and chassis of about 1’500 trucks per day are cleaned intensively on two wheel washers with 20 meters length each. The water treatment takes place in a 500m3 large recycling basin, which was also planned by FRUTIGER.

In 2019 MobyDick North America installed the first “ONE 1000” a 3-tire revolution wheel wash system in Hawaii at PVT Land Company-Hawaii.

We are in Azerbaijan now! FRUTIGER is proud to announce that last week our company have installed the first Wheel washing system in Azerbaijan – it was a special order to “LafargeHolcim Azerbaijan”. This unit can wash all trucks type and various wheeled special equipment (like wheel loaders etc.). Thanks a lot for the Holcim team for their warm attitude and wish a good luck in their work! Hope to have more installations in this hospitable country.

In 2002 FRUTIGER installed the first demucking system for cleaning military vehicles in France. The systems allows the army to free their vehicles automatically from coarse dirt within a few minutes. Beside wheeled vehicles also tracked vehicles, e.g. the battle tank Leclerc can be cleaned reliably.
