FRUTIGER sets the standard for wheel washing systems and Site Emission Control at Steinexpo 2026

With a stand covering around 120 m², FRUTIGER Company AG presented itself as the market leader in wheel washing systems and a manufacturer of comprehensive emission control solutions. With the MobyDick ONE 720, the company showcased the largest wheel washing system at Steinexpo and the leading solution in terms of washing performance and functionality. At the same time, FRUTIGER demonstrated its expertise in keeping roads, vehicles and air clean. Numerous industry professionals and long-standing customers took the opportunity to discuss specific projects with the FRUTIGER team.

Steinexpo 2026 was a resounding success for FRUTIGER Company AG. At stand A20, the Swiss company showcased powerful MobyDick solutions for wheel washing and dust control. The spacious stand provided ideal conditions for presenting the systems in a practical setting and engaging with decision-makers from the raw materials, construction and recycling industries.

At the centre of the presentation was the MobyDick ONE 720 – the largest wheel washing system exhibited at Steinexpo. High washing performance, robust construction and a customised water recycling system make it the leading solution for particularly demanding applications in quarries, gravel plants and landfill sites. It reliably removes even heavy contamination from wheels and undercarriages, thereby reducing dirt carry-out, safety risks and cleaning requirements on public roads. The presentation was complemented by the MobyDick Dust Control Cannon 3060 M. Finest water droplets effectively bind dust emissions directly at the source. Adjustable spray patterns and throw distances enable targeted dust suppression with efficient use of water and energy.

As a third area of expertise, MobyDick Demucking systems complete the portfolio. They enable thorough and economical heavy-duty cleaning of heavily soiled construction, commercial and special-purpose vehicles.
