It is not technically possible to achieve 100% clean wheels. Yet, the higher the budget, the more powerful a wheel washing system can be designed. The wide range of MobyDick products strikes the optimum balance between washing performance and budget whatever the challenge, so that an efficient and economical solution can be found.

Good to know:

In principle, the more that is invested in a wire washing system, the more effective its design, although 100% clean tires are generally never achieved. If required, it is, however, possible to reliably remove even very heavy soiling from tires and chassis. However, from a certain point, the cost (budget) to benefit (clean streets) ratio decreases constantly. For further improvement of the cleaning performance the costs then rise disproportionately. In discussion with the customer, the MobyDick specialist will find a system for every situation at the matching cost/benefit ration.
