A leading UK supplier of sustainable construction materials and services has once again chosen MobyDick wheel wash technology for one of its quarrying operations.

The long-standing partnership with Frutiger has already resulted in almost 50 MobyDick wheel wash systems being installed at sites across the UK. This proven experience was a key reason for selecting another MobyDick wheelwashing solution.

The new installation features a 6-metre inset wheel wash system designed for tippers, low loaders and articulated trucks. A 50,000-litre recycling tank, combined with a concrete Wedge Pit, allows almost all wash water to be recovered and reused – reducing fresh water consumption and supporting efficient, sustainable operation.

With its high vehicle traffic, the site provides an excellent example of MobyDick wheel wash technology in action and demonstrates how Frutiger delivers reliable, site-specific wheelwashing systems for demanding quarrying and construction applications.
