MobyDick – Built for Tough Conditions

FRUTIGER recently commissioned a custom-designed MobyDick Wheel Washing System in the Most region, tailored to meet the customer’s demanding operating conditions. Vehicles operating at the site are regularly exposed to heavy dirt accumulation, which hardens over time on undercarriages, accelerating component wear and complicating maintenance.
To address these challenges, the system was engineered for thorough and efficient cleaning. It features a specially designed 4-meter washing grate equipped with strategically positioned nozzles for optimal undercarriage cleaning, complemented by oscillating nozzles that ensure intensive and uniform washing.

With the MobyDick technology, FRUTIGER not only enhances vehicle maintenance and extend component lifespan but also helps keep surrounding roads clean. The closed-loop washing system further supports efficient water management, minimizing environmental impact.
